Bobby Ray Easterwood, 62, of Beatrice, Nebraska, was born on June 24, 1951, in Anniston, Alabama to Noel Franklin and Lillie Mae (Whatley) Easterwood. Bobby Ray spent his early childhood in Alabama and later moved to Lake Providence, Louisiana. In 1999, Bobby moved to Beatrice, Nebraska where he was a resident of the Mosaic Home. He later became a special member of a foster family and lived with the Vinsonhaler family in Beatrice.
Bobby Ray was a character at heart and had an ornery personality.

Bobby Ray is survived by his brother: Jim Easterwood and his wife Peggy of Dawson, NE; niece Jennifer Easterwood of Jacksonville, FL; nephews: Jim Easterwood Jr. and his fiancé Linda Vavasseur of Prairieville, LA; Jarad Easterwood and his wife Karen of Farmerville, LA; a great-niece Lily Joyner of Farmerville, LA; foster family Darin and Nicki Vinsonhaler and their children Amber, Rebecca, and Tiffany all of Beatrice, NE; and other family and friends.
