Bobby K. Brown, 75, Anderson, died April 15, 2010 at his residence after an extended illness with his family by his side.
He was born October 14, 1934 in Kentucky, and resided in Anderson for 43 years. Bobby served his country in the US Army as a Military Police during the Korean Conflict. He retired from General Motors after 45 years of service. Bobby was a member of the Markleville Masonic Lodge #629 F. & A.M., National Rifle Association and United Auto Workers Union. He is survived by his wife whom he married July 29, 1960, Shirley Ann Stapleton Brown; daughter, Lara Ann & husband Chris Miller; grandchildren, Matthew & wife Lacey Kingery Miller and Joey Miller; brothers, Kenneth Brown and J.E. Brown; sister, Nita Faye Brown; several nieces and nephews and his dog, Buddy.
He was preceded in death by his brother, James C. Brown and parents, Robert & Volma Cummings Brown.
