Bobby Gene Murley, 57, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on June 12, 2021. Bobby was born on May 13, 1964 to his late parents Willie Hall Murley and Wanda J (Logsdon) Murley.
Bobby was a tremendous father, friend, and brother, and he truly touched the lives of those around him. Bob was so incredibly proud of his boys and all of their accomplishments.
During Bob’s time as a local business owner, he gave back to the community in several ways. For many years, he sponsored the Mooresville Junior Soccer, Baseball, and Football programs. He donated brick and layed all the brick for Habitat For Humanity. Bob also sponsored the Morgan County Humane Society’s “Hogs for Dogs” event.
Bob is survived by his sons, Bobby II, Eli, and Max; sister, Wanda Gene Rice; brothers, Clarence and John Murley; former wife and dear friend Elizabeth Murley Gershanoff; and five grandchildren, Kassie Murley, Brayden, Preston, Kane Alexander, and Jaxson.
