Bobby Cecil O’Kelley, 86, of Ringgold, died Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at his residence.
He was preceded in death by two daughters: Beverley Anne O’Kelley, Tampa, FL, and Carolyn June (Dode) O’Kelley, Venice, Florida, and a brother: Gordon Reid O’Kelley, Kathleen, GA
He is survived by his wife of 64 years: Elizabeth Anne O’Kelley, Ringgold, and two sons: William Reid O’Kelley, Safety Harbor, FL, and Robert (Scoop) O’Kelley, Ringgold; and two daughters: Barbara Fowler, Rossville, and Kimberly Jane O’Kelley, Chattanooga; four grandchildren: Phillip Fowler, Robert C. O’Kelley, Jessica Hope Livers, and Kathleen Elizabeth Robertson, and two great-granddaughters: Carolynn and Emily Livers.
