Bobbie C. Gamble, 84, of Centralia, passed away Monday, June 28, 2021 surrounded by her loving family.
Bobbie was born January 5, 1937 in Canadian, TX, the daughter of James Edward Stallcup and Opal Len (Johnson) Stallcup. She married Vernon Gamble in 1954 and he preceded her in death in 1991.
Bobbie is survived by her two sons: Ricky Gamble of Centralia and Steve Gamble of Centralia; one daughter: Sherry Hodge and husband Gary of Centralia; seven grandchildren: Nikki Harding and husband David of St. Peters, MO, Melissa Parsakis of Florcent, MO; Katrina Lane of MI, Gabriella Marshall of Centralia, Christopher Syoboda of Fontona, CA, Ricky John Gamble of Anchorage, AL, and Monica Baxter and husband Ryan of Shiloh, IL; nineteen great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Bobbie was preceded in death by her parents: James and Opal Stallcup, her husband Vernon, and her sister: Edna Coleman.
Bobbie was an amazing wife to her husband of nearly 40 years. She was the most loving mother any child could ask for and an even better grandmother to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them. She especially loved to travel with her family and create fond memories that her family will cherish for years to come. She will be dearly missed.
