Bob L. Kingston, 82, of Janesville, WI died on Monday, March 20, 2017, at home.
He was born in Eldorado, IL on Nov. 15, 1934, the son of Clyde and Delores (Caraway) Kingston. He served his country with the U.S. Army Airborne during the Korean War.
Bob married Jerrie “Jo” McClure in Springfield, IL on April 25, 1964 and she survives. He is also survived by three children, Diane (Dean) Westfall of Griggsville, IL, Bobby Kingston and Mark (Sarah) Kingston, both of Janesville, WI; eight grandchildren, Jennifer, Jamie, Adam, Nicholas, Michael, Isaac, James and Caedon; two great grandchildren, Kelsey and Reed; and many other extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Bill Kingston.
Bob retired from General Motors. He was a member of the Rock River Racing Pigeon Club, and Rock River Valley Carvers Club. He enjoyed wood carving.
