Bishop Herron Thomas Munn, Jr. was born to the late Mr. Herron & Mrs. Persia Munn on July 4th, 1954 in Sylacauga, Alabama.
He confessed Christ at an early age and united with Rising Star Baptist Church, Sylacauga, AL. Later he joined Rose of Sharon Spiritual Church, Sylacauga, AL. In 1974 he accepted his call to preach the gospel. During his ministry he pastored several churches; Rose of Sharon Spiritual Church, Sylacauga, AL; Mt.
He was united in holy matrimony to Ms. Jacqueline Moon on December 15, 1984. He was educated at East Highland and Sylacauga High School, Sylacauga, AL. He worked for the Utilities Board of Sylacauga, water department for twenty plus years until his retirement in 2000.
He departed this life on January 10, 2018. He was preceded in death by his parents, aunts, uncle, mother in law, and brother in law.
