Billy W. Weathers, age 75, of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, went to his Heavenly Father on Wednesday, March 20, 2013, at his home surrounded by his family. Billy was born in Columbus, MS on January 6, 1938.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Pear ; father, Lorice; and sister Rita Myers. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Elaine; daughter, Selena(John) Spindor of Forney, Texas; son, Anthony W. of Fort Walton Beach; sister, Janet Robertson of Spring, Texas; granddaughters, Amanda (Travis) Williams of Forney, Texas, Samantha (Drew) Elrod of Rydal, GA, and Sarah White of Navarre, FL; grandsons, Blake Weathers and Conner White of Navarre, FL; two great grandsons, Grason and Carter Williams; one aunt, Nell Johnson, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. He also leaves behind his beloved “Sadie”.
Billy served his country through the USAF prior to working for a Defense Contractor at Eglin AFB, FL until his retirement. Billy was a member of the Telemetry Range Commanders Council from 1986-1995.
