Mr. Royster was born on October 24, 1955 in LaFayette, Alabama to the late Thomas Edward and Irene Royster.
He was preceded in death by his grandson, Thomas Wade Royster.
Mr. Royster is survived by his wife, Cindy Royster; children, Missty (Tony) Kennedy, Valley, Kelli (Michael) Sutherland, Kennesaw, GA., Cody (Lucy) Royster, West Point, GA., Heather (Michael) Newman, Phenix City; grandchildren, Will and Cullen Kennedy, Kinsley and Ethan Wortham, Jake, Colbie, and Connar Sutherland, Tomlin and Thatcher Royster; brothers, Roy Lee (Barbara) Royster, Auburn, Richard (Gail) Royster, Valley; sister, Jean Marler, Valley; several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
Mr. Royster was a loving father, PawPaw, best friend, and spouse. He was an avid University of Alabama football fan who loved spending time with friends and family. He was a number one fan and supporter to his grandchildren and could always be found watching them play ball.
