Mr. Billy enjoyed being with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He loved to watch them play ball and going to their dance recitals. He enjoyed going hunting and working in his garden. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Marion and Ruth Lowery; brothers, Morris Lowery, Marvin Lowery, Bilbo Lowery, Glenn Lowery, and Royce Lowery; sister, Dorothy Fife.
Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Frances Lowery of Mangham; daughters, Tammy Spillers and Barry Duchesne of Mangham and Janelle Burgess and husband, William of Archibald; grandchildren, Amanda Dew and husband, Dexton, Brian Spillers and wife, Deidra, Kristi Briscoe and husband, Lynn, Katie Curtis and husband, Jesse, and Hanah Spillers; great grandchildren, Payton, Adabelle, Aidan, Ashlynn, Ty, Avery, Cason, Bricelynn, Jeremiah, Brayden, Logan, and Lucas; brothers, Bobby Lowery and wife, Jackie and Jimmy Lowery and wife, Katherine; and a host of nieces and nephews.
