Billy R. Kinsey, 92
Okeechobee – Billy R. Kinsey passed away December 3, 2021, in West Palm Beach, Florida. He was born on March 10, 1929, in Valdosta, Georgia to Elmer and Frances (Gilpin) Kinsey. He was a member of the United Methodist Church and the Fraternal Order of Eagles. He was a commanding officer (Colonel) for the Florida Air Academy for eighteen years. He was an accomplished entertainer and played the keyboard and sang for numerous care facilities in Ft. Lauderdale.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Doloris Kinsey.
He is survived by his brother, Robert (Bobby) Kinsey; and sister-in-law Lou Kinsey.
