Loving father of Dale (Diane) Neal, Phil Neal, Daniel Neal, the late Timmy Neal and the late Jeffery Neal. Also survived by his grandchildren, great grandchildren, his twin brother Bob, his brother Jim (Susan) Neal and his sister Joann Kiser. Sadly he was preceded in death by his parents Freeman and Jessie (Goos) Neal as well as a brother Freeman Neal Jr.
