Billy Lawrence Chatham, age 86, of Newnan passed away on October 22, 2021. He was born on January 26, 1935 to the late Thomas Richard Chatham, and Bessie Elizabeth Chatham. Billy is also preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Johnnie Chatham; sons, Rex Chatham and Randy Chatham; grandson, Bill Chatham; great-grandson, Aryan Chatham, and uncle, Horace Chatham. Billy loved his family and spent most of his time with them. He also enjoyed C. B. Radios, building remote control model airplanes, shooting, hunting, fishing, and riding his Indian motorcycle. He is survived by his grandchildren, Scarlett McBurnett, Brandi Chatham, James Chatham, Samantha Milner, Tyler Chatham, and Faith Chatham; great-grandchildren, Keely McBurnett, Miranda McBurnett, Jade Chatham, Drake Chatham, Olivia Milner, Kaleb Milner, William Chatham, Johnnie Chatham, Logan Chatham, and Eli Chatham; and many other nieces, nephews, and friends.
