Billy LaVern McConnell passed away March 15, 2019. He was born 3/31/1929 in Wilsonville, Nebraska to Chester and Wanda Hazel McConnell. He finished high school and on December 31, 1952 he married Shirley Lee Cousins in Funk, Nebraska. Billy always joked they got married when they did for the tax write off.
Billy enjoyed fishing, hunting and camping in Nebraska. He worked for the Ford Garage and Sidles Company. In 1967 the family moved to Meridian, Idaho.
