Billy Joe Norris, 40 of Grafton passed away Sunday, April 10, 2016 at his residence. He was born June 15, 1975 in Illinois a son of the late James Norris and is survived by his mother, Edna Booi Norris . Billy is survived by his wife Heather Clelland Norris, they were united in marriage December 1, 2008.
He was a truck driver. And enjoyed being with his daughter and wife . He loved to fish at Camp Towels.
He is survived by his daughter; Hannah Clelland, Grafton, and Bailey Minard, Philippi. Four bothers, Rex Norris and Bobby Norris both of FL. Cletis Norris , WV., and Kris Norris, Grafton, one sister; Jolene Norris, Mother and Father -in-law Michael and Linda Clelland, Grafton.
In addition to his father he was preceded in death by a brother, Anthony Norris.
