Billy Joe Beal Jr, 77, returned to his Heavenly Father on Dec. 21, 2014. Billy was a man of great faith; he loved the Lord, working in the church, praying, talking about the Bible and his Family. Brother Beal, as his fellow members called him, wore many hats working around the church as Trustee and Steward for many years. He enjoyed working in the church.

When they said “don’t send a boy to do a man’s job”, Billy as a young boy did that man’s job. Oldest of 14 brothers and sisters he worked to help his mother with his siblings. Billy worked at Southern Pacific Railroad as a pipe fitter retiring after 30 years.
Billy met the love of his life, Reola Bell, out of that union came 5 children; Brad, Lucy, Tracy, Tena and Tra-Bradiken Beal. He also had a special granddaughter, Tamerra (he called her Noope), whom he helped raise. He depended on her a lot; they had a special bond.
He was born in Rosebud, TX to Dessa L. Beal and B.J. Beal Sr. on July 30, 1937.
Preceded in death by his wife, Reola B. Beal; parents and 4 sisters and 2 brothers. He is survived by his children; 3 brothers; 4 sisters; 13 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and other family.
