Mr. Billy James King, 78, of Newnan passed away Monday, August 9, 2021 at Piedmont Newnan Hospital. He was born December 31, 1942 in Jonesboro, Arkansas to the late Billy Dale King & Nettie Robinson King. For many years, Billy worked as a lineman for Coweta-Fayette EMC. He was a longtime, active member of Sunnyside Baptist Church where he faithfully served as a deacon. Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Nettie Cochran King; brother-in-law, Johnny Cochran; sister-in-law, Sandy Cochran; and his beloved nieces and nephews.
