Billy “Bill” Hulan, Jr., 47, passed away on July 22, 2014 in his Newnan home and is now experiencing an eternal weight of glory in the presence of Christ. For the past six years, Bill fought a difficult battle against melanoma with amazing perseverance. In spite of his physical struggles, Bill was always smiling and maintained a positive attitude because of God’s sustaining grace which continually manifested itself in his family’s life.

Bill was a graduate of Auburn University and a local business owner. Together, he and his wife Tracy formed By Design Signs & Graphics in Newnan in 2005. He was a member of Four Corners Church in Newnan and greatly blessed by the love and fellowship of the community of believers both locally and elsewhere. He was an Eagle Scout and enjoyed spending time outdoors. He was an avid motorcyclist, and he expressed his creativity not only through his profession but through cooking. One of his greatest joys was being a father.

Bill is survived by his loving wife Tracy, seven year old son Trey, parents Bill & Betty Joyce Hulan, mother and father in-law James & Joy Brown, grandfather William McKamey, brother and sister-in law Horatiu & Christina Barbulescu, a niece and nephew, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and special friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother Bertha McKamey and grandmother Virginia Hulan.
