Billy was preceded in death by his sister, Mary Sue Cockell and his daughter, Teresa L. White. He is survived by his beloved wife of 62 years, Mary Emily White; his daughters, Cynthia A. White and Tammy L. White; his siblings, Lewis Barsotti and Libia Jaynes; and his loving miniature schnauzer, Annabelle White.
