He had an infinite love for his childhood sweetheart, Shela Jan. He enjoyed music, fishing, westerns, and vintage car shows. He had a special forever love for his grand and great grandchildren.
He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years: Shela Jan Watson Taylor; his sons: Troy Neal Taylor (Becky), Nathaniel Wayne Taylor (Lori); granddaughters; Courtney Stallings, Cierra Taylor and Mary Lynn Byrom; Grandson Collin Mundy (Emily); Great Grandsons: Wyatt Stalings, Tanner King, and Lane Mundy; Great Granddaughters: Kensleigh King, Everleigh Taylor; Brothers: Larry Taylor (Linda), Ronnie Taylor (Sherry), Michael Taylor; Sisters: Shirley Nunn, Kathy Hamaker; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents: William (Bill) Franklin and Frances Coleman Taylor; Brother; David Lee Taylor; Sister in law: Jessica Taylor; Brother in laws: Dewight Hamaker, Paul Nunn.
