Barnett, Billy Edward, age 79, a resident of Prattville, AL, and a longtime resident of Center Point, AL, passed away Wednesday, February 19, 2014. Mr. Barnett was the second youngest and last surviving child of the late John and Mamie Barnett; Mr. Barnett was preceded in death by his wife, Wanda Reid Barnett and daughter Sheila Chandler. Survivors include two daughters: Shree Turner (Neil) and Shawn Reid (Andy); five grandchildren, William Neil Turner, Jr. (Katie), Andria Walker (Patrick), Hannah Reid, Mason Reid, Bradley Chandler and five great-grandchildren.
