Billie Wilson, born in Memphis, Tennessee in 1952, passed away June 10, 2018 at Penrose-St Francis Hospital in Colorado Springs from serious health issues. Billie lived in Wichita, Kansas where she met her husband, Glen Wilson prior to moving to Colorado in 2002.
She is survived by her husband of 11 years, Glen Wilson; daughters, Jennifer and Karen Eshelman; grandchildren, Nathan (Nate), Lauren, Zack, and Kristin; great-grandson; Eli; mother, Esther Riddick; brother, George Ammons; Sisters; Pricilla Mauk and Marylin Jones (Randy); Uncle, David Poole (Kathleen), Aunt; Mossy Poole. She was preceded in death by daughter, Shelly Eshelman; father, Gene Riddick; brother; James Ammons; and her maternal and paternal grandparents.
Billie found joy in being a loving wife, mother, daughter, Me-Maw, sister, and friend. Included in those she mothered were her beloved dogs and cats.
Billie’s life is celebrated by her family and friends in their hearts.
Billie’s family would like to thank Penrose Hospice and their staff for the loving support as Billie completed the journey to her heavenly home.
