Billie Versol Hitch Orrell was born January 29, 1919 in Decatur, AR to Charles Alfred and Katie (Box) Hitch. She graduated as the Valedictorian of her class at Decatur High School and then entered the nursing profession, working as an LPN for several years of her early adult life. She passed away November 30, 2011 in Berryville, at the age of 92. Billie married Teddy Glen Orrell on February 26, 1950 and was especially proud to have been married for 56 years. Their children are Katie Orrell Turley and husband Patrick of Houston TX and Charles Orrell and wife Patty of Berryville. Grandchildren are Megan and Patrick Turley, Ashley Barrett and husband Dusty, and Marcus Orrell and wife Kristy, Great-grandchildren are Kynsley Jo Orrell and Kaylee Faith Barrett. Billie is also survived by her sister Sally Marlar and several nieces and nephews. Billie was preceded in death by her husband Teddy, her parents, and brothers John Hitch and Gene Hitch.
