Billie Ralph Lycan, 69, Middletown, passed away January 28, 2010 at his residence after an extended illness. He was born June 19, 1940 in Anderson where he had lived before moving to Middletown a year ago.
He served his country in the US Navy from 1960 to 1964. He retired from O.I. Brockway Glass in Lapel after 31 years of service. After retirement, he worked at Wal-Mart for 1 1/2 years. Billie attended Southdale Church of the Nazarene.
He is survived by his wife whom he married June 21, 1967, Jeanie Todd Lycan of Anderson; son, Kent and wife Maria Lycan of Anderson; daughter, Sheri and husband David Slaven of Middletown; grandchildren, Jenni Lycan, Jonathan Lycan and Jordan Lycan; and great grandchild, Sage Lycan.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Grover Lycan & Marjorie Miller Lycan and brother, Donald Lycan.
