Billie Gothard passed away on Saturday, June 13, 2009. Born in Wellington, TX, on July 22, 1928, she was the daughter of J. B. Mullins and Inez A. Talley Mullins. A resident of the Boerne area for over 40 years, she worked for Guy Chipman, owned and operated the Billie Gothard Realtor Agency, President of the Kendall County Board of Realtors and was a volunteer with the Family Services Thrift Shop. Preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Roy Gothard in 1999, Billie is survived by her children, Richard Arlan Gothard, Merle Drake Gothard, Royce Lynn Roe, and Kimberly Jean Ranzau; 11 Grandchildren; 13 Great Grandchildren; Brothers, Ray Mullins and Jimmy Mullins.
