On April 14th, Mrs. Billie Joe Risinger passed away at Northside Hospital in Cumming, GA.. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ferron Risinger, and her mother and father, James and Vivian Cooper. Billie was born on February 20, 1943 in Port Arthur, TX. She married the love of her life, Ferron, in June of 1962. She taught kindergarten at the First United Methodist Church of Picayune for over a decade, was on a Picayune bowling league for over thirty years, and was an active member of her church.
