Billie Lessert Jacoby was born in Ponca City, Oklahoma, on January 4, 1929, to Wade Lessert and Georgia Rankin Lessert. She lived in Ponca City and attended the Lincoln and Garfield Elementary and St. Mary”s Catholic Schools. On February 24, 1953 Billie married Gilbert A. “Boy” Jacoby and was married to “Boy” for 39 years, 7 months, and 3 days when “Boy” passed away on September 27, 1992. She was also preceded in death by her parents, baby daughter Pamela Sue on April 2, 1955, an infant son Gilbert Jr. on October 12, 1957, a premature baby Jacoby on March 31, 1958, sister Tootie, and brother, Richard Lessert. She is survived by son Robert “Bobby” Jacoby, son and daughter in-law Wade and Mary Jacoby, daughter and son in-law Levyna and Jim Peddle, six grandchildren Bradley, Brian, and Crystal Peddle, Mandy, Levi, and Rachel Jacoby and three great grandchildren Kaelynn Beth Morgan, Hunter Marshall Morgan, and Hayden James. A Sister Jean Minear of San Jacinto, California. Billie was a member of the Hill Country Christian Church of Bulverde and the Bulverde Bowling club, “Boy” and Billie moved to Bulverde in September of 1971 and lived in the area since that time.
