Billee Gadient, age 92, of Algona, passed away on March 5, 2020 at the Kossuth Regional Health Center in Algona. Billee Ramsay, the daughter of Charles S. and Maxine (Abbott) Ramsay, was born on December 20, 1927 in Oskaloosa, Iowa. After graduating from high school Billee attended Stephens Girls School in Missouri and received an Associates of Art degree. On June 17, 1950 Billee was united in marriage with James Edward Gadient in St. Paul, Minnesota. Billee enjoyed being a true lake girl and sharing that enjoyment with family and friends. She was also an avid antique collector, especially when she found that perfect treasure. Left to cherish Billee’s memory are her daughters, Amanda (Blair) Redenius of Algona and Melissa (David) Ristau of Fort Dodge; four grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, James.
