William A. Blacker, Jr., a lifelong Moscow resident, died Friday, August 26. 2016 at Kindred Aspen Park Healthcare. He was 73. Bill was born October 24, 1942 in Moscow to William A. and Gladys M. Presby Blacker. He grew up and attended school in Moscow. At the age of 18, Bill started working as summer help at the University of Idaho. He continued there, retiring as the head of the landscaping department after 40 years with the UI.
