Bianca grew up in New Haven, Connecticut, and relocated to Hilliard, OH during her high school years. She attended and graduated from Hilliard Davidson High School. She had a love for cooking just like her brother, and she moved back East to work with him at Outback Steak House in Springfield, MA for more than 10 years. Eventually, Bianca was offered a position at AIC as the Kitchen Manager in Springfield, MA, and would later go on to be the Kitchen Manager at Amherst High School. Bianca was a devoted partner, sister, aunt, and friend. Bianca loved playing with and walking her dog, Niko.  Bianca had many talents. She was an excellent artist and percussionist. Drums were her forte. She had a love for her pet spiders and had many over the years. Bianca was a kid at heart. She enjoyed building RC cars, playing video games, and watching cartoons. Her favorite cartoon was “Apple and Onion”. She was a huge fan of “Jeopardy” and loved the Pittsburgh Steelers.  If you knew Bianca, you knew she kept a smile on her face and yours with her infectious jokes and stories.   

Bianca is survived by her sibling Cynthia Jackson (Ronald), sister-in-law Tylisa (Payne) Butler, beloved partner of 12 years Cheryl C. Kowarsky, her nieces Tiffany Hall, Mia Butler, nephews Taron Payne-Moore, Michael Butler Jr., and great-niece Taron Larynn Moore. She will be missed by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and many dear friends.
