Those left to honor Beverly’s memory are her husband, Ron of Newton; 2 sons, Rick (Tracy) Trease of Newton and Gregg (Carol) Trease of Newton; her 4 grandchildren, Amanda (Robert) Hoffman of Newton, Ryan (Leasha) Trease of Newton, Brianne (Daniel) Fitzgerald of Muscatine,Iowa and Sara (Billy) Ware of Ames, Iowa; 2 step-grandchildren, Ben Moore of Newton and Heather Moore of Altoona, Iowa; and her 6 great-grandchildren, Ashton, Alexis and Alivia Hoffman, Hailey and Reilly Trease, and Declan Fitzgerald.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Evelyn in infancy.
Beverly graduated from Newton High School in 1954. She worked as the Faishonette and Leuthold’s Womens Store in Newton for 25 years.
She was a member of the ABWA, card club, and a group of Newton Alumni from the class of 1954 that met on a regular basis.
