Beverly “Bunny” (Fellows) Congdon, 83, of Middletown, beloved wife of Raymond Congdon, passed away on Friday, July 22, 2016 after a long illness. Born on September 10, 1932 in Woodbridge, CT, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Doris (Arents) Fellows. Bunny lived in Woodbridge and graduated from Hillhouse High School in 1950, until her marriage to Raymond on September 5, 1953 after which they moved to Middletown. She worked many years at Wesleyan University. Bunny was an avid horseperson and enjoyed the racetrack with her father and mother. She also enjoyed NASCAR Sprint Cup racing. Her favorite drivers were Terry Labonte and recently Joey Logano. Along with her husband, she leaves her loving daughter, Bonnie Congdon of NH; loving sister, Terri Fellows-Kalson of Woodbridge; two granddaughters, Heather Mary and Amber Rose Congdon of East Hampton and two nephews, Louis Edward DeLeone of Woodbridge and Jason Congdon of Middletown. Besides her parents, Bunny was predeceased by her son, Edward Congdon.
