Beverly D. Steele, 78, of Brighton, passed away December 15, 2014 in Denver. She was born June 20, 1936 in Mt. Ayer, IA to Ralph and Beulah (Earley) Tanner. She attended school in Iowa and married Norman Steele on October 30, 1955 in Denver. Together they moved to Brighton in 1974.
Beverly helped her husband operate their family business, J.E. Good Auto Body, in Denver for 26 years. In her free time she enjoyed making crafts and enjoyed oil painting landscapes and ceramics. She also loved to travel in the family airplane.
Beverly is survived by her husband, Norman, of Brighton; two daughters, Connie (LaRoy) Evans of Brighton and Cindy Plym of Westminster; siblings, Betty Bucey of Hudson, Ronnie Tanner of Arvada, Barbara Duffey and Becky Water, both of Iowa, Richard Burke of Baltimore, Lester (Patty) Vandel of Iowa and Roger (Cindy) Vandel of Arvada, six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
