Beverly “Bev” Dyer Lively, 81, of Nampa passed away at her home on Sunday, May 3, 2020. Bev was born to Porter Lee Dyer and Harriet “Mae” Dyer (Clark), on July 18, 1938 in Oakland, California.  Bev was the only girl in the Dyer family, she had 2 older brothers, Al and Bob and 2 younger brothers, Dean and Gary.  Bev lived and attended school in San Lorenzo, California and graduated from Hayward High School in the spring of 1956.  At the ripe age of 19, Bev met and married the love of her life, Bill J. Lively on May 3, 1958.  Bill and Bev raised their family- daughter Cathy and sons Scott, Keith and David in Concord, California.  In 1974 Bill and Bev moved their family to Nampa, Idaho.

While Bill made a name for himself coaching youth sports, Bev made her name being the woman in charge of it all.  Bev was always volunteering for various clubs that her children were involved in, she was the team Mom, PTA president and any other position she was asked to help with.  Even when her children grew up, you would still find her at the football and baseball fields, dance studio or golf course helping one of her 9 grandchildren.

Bev is survived by her sons; Scott (Leana) Lively of Nampa, Keith (Margie) Lively of Emmett, and David (Debbie) Lively of Des Moines, Iowa.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years Bill Lively; her parents Porter and Harriet “Mae” Dyer and her daughter Cathy and son-in-law (Mike) Whitham of Nampa.

Bev and Bill were blessed with nine grandchildren: Heather (Brodie) Graham, Cody Whitham, Jake Lively, Zack (Jessica) Lively, Ryan Lively, Adam Lively, Kyle Lively, Connor (Alexis) Lively and Angela (Brian) Brown; and nine great-grandchildren.
