Beverley attended Porus Primary School, St Gabriel’s Catholic Academy,

Manchester High and Durham Business College, in Jamaica. Excellence was her goal.

Beverley‘s dream was to be a veterinarian, thus she was a lover of animals. That deferred dream did not avert her from pursuing other areas of employment. She honed her skills to be the best at whatever she did.

In 1974, Beverley migrated to U.S.A. where she worked tirelessly to take care of her children and be an independent woman. She was determined to do whatever her hands found to do. She was kind, willing, and helpful. A no nonsense person with a heart of gold.

Music was in her bones and she became the life of the party and reveled in storytelling and Jamaican jokes, to the delight of all her friends and family. She loved to entertain and hosted many parties. Cooking was her delight and her sumptuous dishes were delectable.

On Tuesday, September 7, 2021 God looked down, saw her tired face, and called her home. May light perpetually continue to shine upon her.

Lovingly remembered by sons: Raymond, Ricky, Norman (nephew who she raised as a son); daughter: Trisa; siblings: Dennis, Marva, and Maureen; 10 grandchildren, numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
