Beulah L. LaRue, 97, of Greenfield, passed away Sunday, April 6, 2014 at Hancock Regional Hospital in Greenfield. She was born March 22, 1917 in Mohawk, IN to the late Thomas L. and Olive (Leary) Price. Beulah graduated from the old Fortville High School and worked at Firestone, Ft. Benjamin Harrison and Ft. Huachuca in AZ.

She attended both the Wesleyan Church and the Nazarene Church in Greenfield and enjoyed reading the Bible, playing bingo, spending time with her family and loved to travel, having been to Cuba, Hawaii and Israel. She was also a member of the Red Hat Society. We wish to thank the staff of Golden Living and Hancock Regional Hospital for caring support.

She is survived by sons Charles David (Carolyn) Watson of Zionsville and James Edward (Barbara) Watson of Fountaintown; grandchildren: David (Sharla) Watson, Duane Watson, Darren Watson, Al (Linda) Farrow, Robin (Robert) Wagner, April (Greg) Blair, and Amberly (Mark) Owen; 12 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; many cousins, nieces and nephews; and a special friend since grade school Lois Pearson. She was preceded in death by her husband Floyd LaRue in 1986; sisters Ruth Davis and Martha Spaur and brother Lemuel Price.
