Mrs. Ray was a graduate of Ringgold High School, attended Georgia College, Milledgeville, Ga., and graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, with a Bachelor of Science Degree and received her Graduate Degree from the University of Georgia, Athens, Ga., in education.
