Mrs.
Betty J. Tuttle was born June 22, 1932 in Homer, Nebraska the daughter of E.E. Jack and Marie (Quint) Woods. She graduated from South Sioux City High School in 1950. Betty married Arvil Lee Tuttle on August 5, 1951 at the Presbyterian Church in Sioux City. The couple primarily in South Sioux City, where she was a member of the Eastern Star, in Morningside. They moved to Norfolk in 1975 where she worked for a dentist, Copy Craft Printing, the Norfolk Junior High School, and was a volunteer coordinator at Northeast Community College. The Tuttle family spent their summers at their cabin in Lake Ada, Minnesota.
Betty is survived by her children Craig Tuttle of South Sioux City, Cynthia Beeken of South Sioux City, Todd (Jayne) Tuttle of Edina, Minnesota, and Brad Tuttle of Norfolk, two sisters, Shirley Cowell of South Sioux City, and Jackie Archer of
Dakota Dunes, South Dakota, 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Arvil in 2003.
