Born in Baltimore, the beloved daughter of the late James and Martha (Shelly) Harris; devoted wife of the late Bernard Smearman, Sr.; loving mother of Bernard Smearman, Jr. and David Smearman; proud grandmother of Tyler Smearman, Stephanie Criger, Zachary Criger and Georgie Thompson; dear great-grandmother of Wesley Criger, Scarlette Criger and Emmit Smearman. She will be lovingly missed by her family and friends.
