Mrs. Betty Nazerian Valentine, 91, of Rockledge, FL passed away on Thursday, December 20th at a Melbourne, FL Care facility. Born in McCayesville, GA, she was one of thirteen children born to Albert and Bessie Willis Nazerian. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Howard Valentine and by nine of her twelve siblings.
Betty loved life. She loved to laugh and occasionally drop a few coins in a slot machine. Betty loved animals and would feed them all. She almost had a bear join her for breakfast in Tennessee. She and Howard loved traveling throughout the US as well as Europe. Most of all, she loved cooking and entertaining in her home. She especially loved and was loved by her husband, her daughter Linda Pinson and her husband Joe, members of her family and countless friends.
Surviving Betty are her daughter Linda Pinson (Joe), sisters Pat Childers, Anita Chaves and Annette Nazerian as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
