Betty Marie Lloyd, age 80, of Semmes, Alabama gracefully exited her earthly body on November 7, 2018 at 4:45 pm, at Covenant Care Hospice, Providence Hospital. Betty was born on July 20, 1938 to Johnny B and Marie Duiett in Mobile, Alabama. She married Robert “Bobby” Lloyd in 1952, and were married for 26 years. They had five children. Betty was a member of Grace Baptist Church and she was retired from Mobile Infirmary Medical Center.
Betty is preceded in death by her husband Robert “Bobby” Lloyd, her daughter; Debra Foster, her parents Johnny B. and Marie Duiett, a son in law Bobby Hill, two great grandsons; Brendan and Nicholas Bullington and a very special cousin and friend Hilda Miller. She is survived by four children; Johnny (Lynn) Lloyd, Charles Lloyd, Theresa Lloyd and Diane (Wayne) Gardner. Seven grandchildren; Leslie (Ryan) Bullington, Michael (Sharon) Hill, Melani Hill, Robert (Darra) Lloyd, Jonathan Lloyd, Joshua Lloyd, and Ricky Jernigan. Eleven great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
