Betty Mae Black, of Kingwood, died Saturday, November 14, 2015, at her home.
Betty was born in Kingwood on May 2, 1943, to the late Gay and Elena Black Shrout.
Betty was a loving mother, sister and grandmother. She worked for Sterling Faucet, and West Virginia University.
Betty is survived by a son, Richard Decost; a brother, Richard G. Shrout; three sisters, Patricia Shrout, Terrie Wilhelm and husband Scott, and Dottie Close and husband Leonard; 2 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Betty was also preceded in death by a sister, Iris Jean Uphold.
