Betty went to be with her Heavenly Father in the early morning of February 8, 2012, she died peacefully in her sleep at her Ardmore residence. Betty was born August 16, 1935 to Clarence and Doreen Marr Craft.
Betty and Billy Ray Chandler were married April 14, 1954, at Gainsville, Texas and he preceded her in death.
An Ardmore resident most of her life, Betty helped her husband run his appliance and refrigeration repair business. She volunteered at the Veterans Center in Ardmore and was a member of the VFW and the House Of Prayer.
Survivors include Daughter, Judy Stanley, Wilson; Son, William Chandler and wife Tammy, Dickson; Son, Robert Chandler, Norman and Daughter Brenda Butler and husband Neil, Ardmore; Sisters, Sharon Goodin, Texas and Clora Burns and husband David of Wyandotte,Oklahoma ; Brothers, David Craft, Miama Oklahoma and Larry Craft and wife Liz of Nevada. Grandchildren; James Williams, Sissy Williams, Chris and Donna Vickers, John Vickers, Eric, Coby, Kailee, Kelcee, Salena, Kayla and Ryan Chandler, Bridgette and Steven Bond and Nick Butler. Great-grandchildren; Baylor Bond, Kiara and Rose Vickers, Ricky, Phillip and Nathaniel Vickers. She also, had several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and a grandchild, Angel.
