Betty Lee Barger passed away at home peacefully in her sleep Saturday, May 12, 2018. She was born April 27, 1947 in Indianapolis to Edgar L. and Bertha (Burkes) Williams.
She married Lonnie H. Barger May 15, 1968. He preceded her in death April 30, 2007. Survivors include three children; Dean Barger (Shawn), Darla Zinaman (Tommy), Brian Barger, two grandchildren, two great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and her beloved pets Corky, Jasper and Maci.
As well as her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Edgar L. Williams Jr. and Freddie E. Williams, and one sister, Ruth Ann Gray.
Betty was employed at the Indiana Masonic Home for 20 years. She was the best mom anyone could ask for and loved animals dearly. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
