Betty was born February 12, 1951 in Monticellollo, NY and was the daughter of the late William Decker Jr., and Thelma Degraw. For many years Betty worked as a file clerk in the insurance department of the Maxon Corp in Neversink, NY. She was the backbone of the office and kept everything running and organized. Similarly, Betty was the lifeblood of her family who she cherished spending time with, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed baking, cooking, a nice cup of coffee with extra cream, and sharing her recipes.
