Betty Lou Kearney Mendenhall, 70, of 7 North Chavis Street, Franklinton, died Thursday, October 18, 2007 at Rex Hospital. Mrs. Mendenhall was born October 18, 1937 in Franklin County, the daughter of the late Jessie Irene Hedrick Kearney and the late Troy Blair Kearney.
