She was born in China Lake, CA on August 24, 1955, to Robert Boutwell and Donna Morrison. She was born in California and raised in Illinois. Jo lived in Crestview and raised her family here as well.
Survivors include her husband of 47 years Dave Marcotte; her children: Steve Marcotte and his wife Sabrina, Joey Marcotte and his wife Angie, Nick Marcotte and his wife Christina, Amber Hammonds and her husband Rodney, and Davey Marcotte; Mother Donna Morrison, Brother Bobby Boutwell and his wife Linda, sisters Earlene Shores and her husband Johnny and Amy Miles; grandchildren: Austin, Maddie and her husband Corey, Sydney, Leslee, Logan, Everett, Amre, Amelia, Drew, Sabrina, and Chris; great grandchildren: Cohen and Cameron. Also surviving are numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
