Betty Jo Hansen, age 85, of Orange, beloved wife of 62 years to the late Woodrow W. Hansen, passed away at home on Thursday October 13, 2011. Born on December 3, 1925 in Florence, SC, she was the daughter of the late William Derrick and Myrtice Estelle Boylston Murray. Betty Jo was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother and her family was everything to her.
She is survived by her children, Gary of Orange, Glenn and his wife Lisa of Madison, Brian of Orange, Craig of Troy, NY and Mark of Denver, CO, six beloved grandchildren, Colleen, Derek, Aubrey, Ryan, Jaime and Jake Hansen and a brother Peter Curry of Riverdale, GA. She was predeceased by her son, David Hansen.
