She was born September 30, 1957 in Morgantown, daughter of the late John Edward Williams and Naomi Gay Jenkins. Betty graduated from Liberty High School, Class of 1976. She was a secretary at the FBI Center for over ten years. She loved shopping, going to yard sales, flea markets and collecting antiques.
