Betty Jean Kivekas, age 75, of Rock, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, July 16 2017 at Marquette General Hospital.
Betty was born July 7, 1942 in Detroit, MI, the daughter of Samuel and June (Gatfield) Bartalino. She was raised in Roseville, MI and was a graduate of Roseville High School.
Betty loved and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She especially loved spending time with her husband, Marvin. Together, they did everything from hunting, fishing, and even going out to the farm. She also enjoyed her bible study and all Detroit sports teams. Betty was a resident of Rock for 40 years and made many friends whom she took time to talk to or wave to all who seen. She will be missed by many.

2 Step Daughters: Dianne (Dennis) Hettinger of Charlotte, MI
Julie (Loren) Whipple of Gladstone, MI
8 Grandchildren
